Tiffany Li is a technology attorney and legal research scholar currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law
at the School of Law, University of New Hampshire. She is an expert on privacy, artificial intelligence, and
technology platform governance. Besides having a recurring technology and privacy column on MSNBC, she
has appeared regularly as a legal commentator for various national and global news outlets. She has written
for popular publications such as the Washington Post, Atlantic and Slate.

Saayeli Mukherji is currently serving as the Head of Business Development for the Partnership on AI nonprofit,
to help expand their global partnership network. She is a former Fulbright Research Scholar who is
interested in leveraging technology to overcome socioeconomic challenges. Before joining PAI, she was a
strategic manager to the COO at Elementum, a SaaS startup in Silicon Valley. She was also responsible for
launching startupdelta.org, a Netherlands Government funded initiative to connect European startups with
their partners in Silicon Valley.

LTC(P) Natalie Vanatta is a US Army cyber officer and an Associate Professor in the Dept. of Mathematical
Sciences at West Point. With nearly two decades of military experience under her belt, she is currently the
Emerging Technologies Research Team at the Army Cyber Institute. She was a platoon leader in Germany, a
company commander in Kuwait, and a Battalion S3 (operations officer) in Italy. LTC Vanatta has also served
twice as a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the National Security Agency (2017, 2021), the technical director
at Joint Task Force Ares, and a Team Leader within the Cyber National Mission Force.
