Danya is beginning her second year at Arizona State University double majoring in Journalism and Earth & Environmental Studies. Before joining the Center for Science and the Imagination, Danya practiced as a writing tutor at Idaho State University and as an avid space science and environmental activist. Using her method of combining cosmic inquiry with mass communication, Danya hopes to advocate for and assist in astronomical research on a professional level after graduation.
